Terms and Conditions
- Reservations must be canceled or modified at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, 100% of the cost will be charged.
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour.
- In case of cancellations due to weather or safety concerns, tours will be rescheduled if possible. If not, refunds will be issued.
- Guests must arrive at the designated location 15 minutes before the tour. Late arrivals may be marked as “No Show” and will not receive a refund. Reprogramming may be possible based on availability.
